PURPOSE:
Delivering a turnkey automated auto body paint shop on customer site, the mission of the Project Executive/ Manager is to maximize project profitability and customer satisfaction.
The Project Executive/ Manager is responsible for the Project entrusted to him/her, of which he/she must ensure the respect of the time schedule, quality, margins, operational result, conformity of the technical solutions with the Customer's requirements. In addition, he/she is responsible for closing the Project, the transfer of responsibilities and Customer Satisfaction. The Project Manager may be assigned by management to collaborate on the same Project or to monitor the development of other ongoing Projects himself.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Activities:
- Coordinate the project team and manage project activities.
- Organize team meetings, maintaining written records.
- Conduct periodic cost reviews and report monthly to Operations.
- Monitor schedule compliance and address any process issues.
- Hold regular meetings with customers to discuss project progress, including timing, costs, and issues.
- Send progress reports to customers and the team.
- Manage project closure and responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Facilitate Steering Committees for key decisions.
- Address contractual disputes and manage main supplies, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Directly manage technical and economic contractual relations with customers.
- Oversee job planning and project team convocations.
- Share authority with divisions/entities for resource allocation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree BA /BS degree (Engineering, Supply Chain-related preferred)
- Up to 8 years of professional experience
- Paint Shop experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Operating effectively and delivering expected results is the primary expectation for all team members.
- A blend of technical mastery and practical leadership values is essential for achieving these results.
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of Quality Procedures are crucial at both individual and company-wide levels.
PREFERED SKILLS:
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
FLSA STATUS/WORKING SCHEDULE:
- Location: Sparks, Nevada
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 h/week
- Assignment Start: May 2025
- Assignment End: End of 2025
