PURPOSE: 
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing projects within the automotive industry.  
                       
RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
  • Coordinate and expand the project in the automobile industry
  • Analysis customer’s enquiry and coordinate the whole bid process from the technical aspect
  • Prepare presentations about project product, content, quotation, and expression in front of the customer about the project details
  • Set up project organization and clarify team members’ responsibilities. Make timing schedule according to project milestones and plan the detail work under each project period.
  • Monitoring project budget and cost, develop cost optimization to achieve the purpose of saving project cost under the considering the customer's requirement
  • Lead Risk analysis of the project with FEMA method, to make sure the project can move smoothly
  • To ensure the project’s timely progress, with good quality and suitable cost
  • As the major contact in charge of the customers and suppliers, take charge of the internal and external project report
  • In charge of the whole process, including the design, simulation, integration
  • Report status to ensure health of project.
  • Responsible for profit of the project including project progress and costing reviews
  • Realization of check and releases according to ISO and Customer requirements


                                   
QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Bachelors degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive related or mechanical class graduate from vocational technical college and career in related training
  • Minimum 5 years experience in white body or assembly working, familiar with (Body in White)(BIW) process
  • Project management experience is necessary, minimum 1 complete project experience in automotive.
  • Good at project working software like: Project, Viso, PPT, and etc. Basic knowledge of the system software in the computer design and planning, such as CATIA V5, Delmia, eM-Planner, Micro Station, RobCad, Process Simulate, V5 Robotics.
  • Good execution, as a representative of skills, and strong ability of organization with a systematic, analytical and structured way of working
  • Good Skills in oral and written English, German as plus.
  • Strong sense of team cooperation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally.





REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge and understanding of robotic systems
  • Ability to Travel
  •  Candidate must be familiar with the company quality procedures, strictly follow the company’s quality system of ISO 9001:2015
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Problem solving/ Analytical thinking


                                   
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work experience with equipment and tooling related issues
  •  Experience in project management and in leading problem solving groups
  • Knowledge in system applications such as SAP, CAD
  • Drafting skills


                                   


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
    • Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
