PURPOSE:
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Site Project Manager to oversee critical operations at a state-of-the-art automotive bodyshop. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless collaboration between construction teams, contractors, integrators, and Bodyshop Planning. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between plant construction, integrators, contractors, Scout Safety, and Bodyshop Planning teams.
  • Coordinate supplier progress and provide detailed feedback to Planning leadership.
  • Conduct daily status meetings to discuss challenges and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, shipment schedules, space requirements, onsite waste, and traffic management.
  • Track safety-related KPIs and ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to integrators and contractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Bodyshop experience and knowledge of production/factory planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong project management expertise with proven ability to meet deadlines and handle challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
